Better than your phone

Quick and dirt review: Better than your camera phone, small, easy to use, great quality images for price. Longer review: So I wanted a small, easy to carry pocket camera basically. I had recently picked up my first ever digital camera (a very old Kodak EasyShare with 3.2mp of glory!) and got to thinking that another one would be handy. Out of the box it has everything you need BUT a memory card. So go ahead and put one in your cart before checking out. You can never have to many. It is compact, the best object I found to compare it width and length wise is a pack of cigarettes. So that being said, very easy to carry in your pocket or purse. Shots in auto-mode are good. Surprisingly good when viewed on your computer. I really was impressed. My test shots came on a day where the skys were grey and some snow flurries were falling. Color was great, and the only times the image quality was sub-par was due to my unsteady hands in lower light. It does also have a manual mode, which is nice but limited. You can do up to 30 second exposures, change between 2 F stops (3.0/10.4), and change ISO. I will play with this feature later. You can also do panoramic shots, HDR, Macro, Video, and something called face beautifier.
Just what I needed

I wanted a no-nonsense point-and-shoot as I don’t like to use my camera. Quality is – at least – adequate. Others have complained about battery life – While I haven’t used it tooo much, I’m not noticing any issue (BTW: The video is decent).
